We also have a partnership with CILEx Law School, the educational division wholly owned by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. This means that our members have exclusive access to high quality training in Wills, Probate and related legal matters under the law of England and Wales.

As a self-regulatory body, our aim is to promote the importance of making a Will to the general public as well as promote the Institute and the services of its Members. You can find all of our aims and objectives in our Constitution.
