Vulnerable Persons Webinar

This course consists of two half day seminars (run on the same day) to introduce qualified Willwriters to the law and practice of Advising Clients who have vulnerable or disabled dependants/beneficiaries. To Participate you need to have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW. Having attended the IPW courses in respect of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advising the Elderly and An Introduction to Will Trusts (or an equivalent course accepted by IPW). Have at least 3 months Willwriting experience OR written (full members) or have taken instructions for (associate members) at least 15 Wills.

Willwriting Academy Ltd Cancellation Policy: For bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the event, a full refund less £25.00 administration fee will be given.  No refunds will otherwise be made.
