Vulnerable Persons - November 2021

To Participate you need to have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW.Having attended the IPW courses in respect of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advising the Elderly and An Introduction to Will Trusts (or an equivalent course accepted by IPW). Have at least 3 months Willwriting experience OR written (full members) or have taken instructions for (associate members) at least 15 Wills.

Session 1 - Deputyship in the Court of Protection 

Session 2 - Advising Clients with Disabled Beneficiaries

Please note that IPW Members are able to book just one of the two sessions at a cost of £45 each. If you would like to book onto one session please call the office on 0345 257 2570.
