To Participate you need to have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW. Having attended the IPW courses in respect of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advising the Elderly and An Introduction to Will Trusts (or an equivalent course accepted by IPW). Have at least 3 months Willwriting experience OR written (full members) or have taken instructions for (associate members) at least 15 Wills.
