Trustees Powers - 28th August 2024

This half-day workshop aims to introduce Willwriters to the Trustees’ Powers. We recommend that those who participate have passed or be studying for the IPW Full Members’ exam or an equivalent.

Course Outcomes:
1) Understand the purpose of the Trustee’s Powers.
2) Be able to identify where the powers come from.
3) Understand what Powers to use in different circumstances.
4) Be able to define the main Powers in order to explain them to clients to assist in successful selection.
