Refresher Associates Course & Written Examination
Date: Tuesday, 5 October 2021
Location: Online Webinar
The first 2/3 of the day will consist of refresher training, with the last 1/3 consisting of the written exam.
Day two or another convenient date (within a month of attending the Associate training) will consist of the role play part of their exam and will be 1-2-1 based.
You should expect to cover:
- About the Will writing sector.
- Intestacy provisions.Executors and trustees: their roles.Guardians and parental responsibility.
- Gifts & legacies.
- What is the residue?
- Funeral Wishes.
- Signing the Will.Trusts.
- Disinheritance.
