Refresher Associates Course & Written Exam - Tuesday 10th February 2026

The first 2/3 of the day will consist of refresher training, with the last 1/3 consisting of the written exam.

Day two or another convenient date (within a month of attending the Associate training) will consist of the role play part of their exam and will be 1-2-1 based.

You should expect to cover:

• About the Will writing sector.
• Intestacy provisions.Executors and trustees: their roles.Guardians and parental responsibility.
• Gifts & legacies.  
• What is the residue?
• Funeral Wishes.
• Signing the Will.Trusts.
• Disinheritance.
