Introduction to Will Trusts - Tuesday 17th February

This Webinar will start at 10am and should finish at around 5:00pm.

This webinar aims to introduce newly qualified Willwriters to the law and practice of Will Trusts by covering multiple topics such as, what Trusts are, their purpose and how to appoint trustees when creating one.

Please note that we suggest anyone taking this webinar has passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW, attended the IPW webinar in respect of Advising the Elderly (or an equivalent course accepted by IPW) or has at least 3 months Willwriting experience OR have written at least 15 Wills (Full members) or have taken instructions for at least 15 Wills (Associate members).

Please be aware that you will need to keep your camera on for the entirety of the webinar, in order to qualify for CPD.
