• Capacity.
• Care fees - the rules.
• Mitigating care fees - through writing a Will.
• Prepaid funeral plans.
• Drafting tips and example work.

Please be aware that you will need your copy of Parkers Will Precedents 11th edition to hand during this training. 

Please also note that you will need to keep your camera on for the entirety of the webinar, in order to qualify for CPD
