Advising Clients With Disabled Beneficiaries - 8th October 2024

This half day seminar aims to introduce qualified Willwriters to the law and practice of advising clients who have disabled dependants/beneficiaries.

To participate you need to:

• have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW.
• have attended the IPW courses in respect of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advising the Elderly and An Introduction to Will Trusts (or an equivalent course accepted by IPW). 
• have at least 3 months Willwriting experience OR written (full members) or have taken instructions for (associate members) at least 15 Wills. 

Willwriting Academy Ltd Cancellation Policy: For bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the event, a full refund less £25.00 administration fee will be given.  No refunds will otherwise be made.
