The requirements for this course are to have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW and have at least 2 years’ experience in taking instructions and drafting Wills.

This course covers:

• How to ascertain the client’s aims when making their Will.
• How to transpose those aims into an accurate Will.
• What the Probate Office looks for when the Will gets there.
• How to avoid common clerical errors.
• How to choose effective clauses for the Will.
• How to advise clients with special circumstances.
