Advanced Will Trusts April 2022

Delegates should have passed the IPW entrance exam, or an equivalent exam accepted by the IPW. It is also suggested that delegates have attended the IPW courses in respect of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advising the Elderly, Introduction to Trusts and Introduction to Estate Taxation (or equivalent courses accepted by IPW).

• Effectively draft a Will which includes a Life Interest Trust.

• Effectively draft a Will which includes a FLIT (Flexible Life Interest Trust).
• State what a Pilot Trust is and when it may be useful.
