"Having worked for the IPW nearly 10 years, I am now the Compliance Manager. I'm dedicated to my job and going to work is never a chore. I'm fun-loving, outgoing and enjoy socialising, but also have a very serious and strict side too.

Vicky McAndrew

"I have worked at the IPW for 6 years. I am the Accounts Manager for the IPW and the Will Writing Academy - keeping all the finances in check. No two days are the same. My job is fulfilling, rewarding and versatile and I work with a lovely inspiring bunch.
Kirsty Willoughby
Training and Membership Administrator
"I first joined the IPW as an apprentice, studying Business Administration. I worked three days a week while attending my local college where I studied Level 3 in Administration and Level 2 in Functional Skills in IT.
"I am now a full-time Administrative Assistant and have a variety of responsibilities. I mainly deal with incoming and outgoing post, as well as fielding calls to the appropriate person. I make and send information packs to prospective members, as well as collating files for existing student members.
"Every day is a learning curve, as I find myself learning how to do new tasks within the office. My role within the IPW has grown and developed since I started work here and I continue to learn and enjoy my job.
