Meet the Institute’s administrative team.
The Institute is administered by a team of 5 who are based at our Head office in Halesowen who are here to help you – whether you are a member of the public looking for help finding a Will or are a professional interested in joining the Institute or a member of the Institute.
Having spent a number of years in administration and marketing in the chemical industry, I became the IPW's first employee in 2002 and I have participated in the growth of the organisation, from recruiting new members, through the struggle for the elusive regulation we crave, to training and upholding standards in willwriting that the IPW holds dear. My day to day activities in the supervision of the administrative activities to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the IPW office include assisting with membership processes, arranging training courses, dealing with membership issues, liaising with members and the general public, producing reports for the IPW/ISPW Council which describe just some of my tasks. No two days are the same; there's never a dull moment; there are new challenges daily; not enough hours in the day and, most importantly, I work with the best team of people you could wish for!!
